HOW TO LOAD STANDARD SIZE PAPER INTO A COPIER

Loading paper into a copier may seem like a simple task that is easy to do, but it can be done incorrectly, and some people find themselves having never replaced paper at all. 

There are many different types of paper that copiers can utilize that come in a multiple of sizes, weights and finishes. Loading standard size 8 1/2" by 11" 24-28 pound paper into a copier is one that happens the majority of the time in offices and businesses and can be done without changing the settings on the unit.
